Our grants are open to:

  • Business owners of all genders, across all industries
  • Both for-profit and nonprofit organizations
  • Entrepreneurs who lack the necessary investment funds to develop a high-quality website and digital assets

Industries & Businesses Not Eligible

While we are committed to inclusivity, we do not provide grants to:

  • Adult entertainment or pornography-related businesses
  • Hate groups or organizations that promote discrimination
  • Businesses or groups with a negative societal impact
  • Political organizations or campaign-affiliated entities

What the Grant Covers

Each recipient will receive a custom-designed website tailored to their business needs, along with corresponding digital assets to enhance their online presence. Our goal is to equip entrepreneurs with the tools they need to thrive in a digital world.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a Vernie’s Impact Website & Marketing Grant, applicants must:

  • Be a U.S.-based business – Applicants must operate a business within the United States.
  • Have official business documentation – Provide proof of legal business registration, such as:
    • LLC, Corporation, or Nonprofit registration from the Secretary of State
    • Business license or permit, if applicable
  • Have a business bank account – Must submit proof of an active business bank account (e.g., bank statement or official letter from the bank).
  • Have a valid EIN (Employer Identification Number) – Required for tax and verification purposes.
  • Provide a valid government-issued ID – A driver’s license, state ID, or passport for identity verification.
  • Be a new or existing business – Startups are welcome to apply, but they must provide proof of legitimacy, such as:
    • A business plan
    • Website, social media presence, or promotional materials
    • Proof of business-related transactions (e.g., supplier receipts, invoices, or service contracts)
  • Explain the need for the grant – Applicants must submit a brief statement outlining:
    • Why they need the grant
    • How a website will benefit their business growth
  • Agree to participate in follow-ups – Grant recipients must be willing to provide updates on their business progress and how the website has impacted their success.

Grants for May 2025 will open April 1st and close on April 30th.
