We give away five grants every month. Each grant is valued up to $5,000 and includes website development and corresponding digital assets to help your business or nonprofit get online and grow.

Our website grants are available to small business owners and nonprofit organizations across the United States, including for-profit and nonprofit entities. To be eligible, applicants must:

• Have a valid business registered with the state (e.g., LLC, nonprofit, corporation, etc.).
• Have a business bank account and an EIN.
• Be able to demonstrate a genuine need for the website grant.

Yes, we do not accept applications from the following:

• Pornography or adult content
• Hate-related groups
• Political groups or organizations
• Groups with a negative or harmful impact

No, both for-profit businesses and nonprofit organizations are welcome to apply. We want to help businesses of all types that are struggling to secure the necessary funding for digital growth.

Once you submit your application, we will review your information and notify you via email whether or not you have been selected as a grant recipient. If selected, we will provide further instructions on how to move forward with the website development process.

You will need:

• Proof of your business registration (e.g., LLC, nonprofit, etc.).
• Your EIN (Employer Identification Number).
• A business bank account.
• A brief explanation of why you need the grant and how it will benefit your business.
• A valid form of identification (driver’s license or state ID).

Grant recipients are announced on the last Friday of each month via a live stream. After the announcement, selected recipients will be contacted with the next steps for their website and digital assets.

Yes! We welcome applications from new businesses. However, you will need to provide proof that your business is registered and that it is a legitimate startup (e.g., a state registration certificate, a business bank account, etc.).

Once you’re selected as a grant recipient, we will work with you to design and build your website. The process typically takes 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of your website and your responsiveness to feedback and revisions.

Donations can be made directly through our website’s donation page. You can choose to make a one-time donation or set up monthly giving to help us continue providing grants to small businesses and nonprofit organizations. Every donation helps us support entrepreneurs and make a lasting impact.

Yes, Vernie’s Impact is a nonprofit organization, and all donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. You will receive a receipt for your donation for tax purposes.
