1. Eligibility & Application Process
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old and operate a legally registered business (LLC, nonprofit, corporation, or sole proprietorship) in the United States.
- Proof of business registration (e.g., Secretary of State documents, EIN, business bank account) is required.
- Businesses in pornography, hate groups, negative impact organizations, and political groups are not eligible.
- Each applicant must submit a completed application with all required documentation by the stated deadline.
2. Grant Award & Use of Funds
- Selected grant recipients will receive a website and digital marketing package valued up to $5,000.
- Grants cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used solely for the development of the recipient’s website and digital assets.
- Recipients agree to collaborate with Vernie’s Impact and our team throughout the website development process.
- If a recipient fails to provide necessary information or meet project deadlines, Vernie’s Impact reserves the right to revoke the grant.
3. Responsibilities of Grant Recipients
- Recipients must maintain honest and accurate communication throughout the process.
- Any misuse of the grant or false information provided during the application may result in disqualification and potential legal action.
- Recipients agree to allow Vernie’s Impact to feature their business in promotional materials, including our website, social media, and marketing campaigns.
4. Donations & Partnerships
- Vernie’s Impact accepts donations from individuals and organizations to support our grant program.
- Donations are non-refundable and will be used to further the organization’s mission.
- Partnerships with businesses and sponsors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure alignment with Vernie’s Impact’s mission.
5. Website Usage & Privacy
- All website content, including text, images, logos, and program details, is the intellectual property of Vernie’s Impact and cannot be copied, distributed, or used without permission.
- By submitting an application or inquiry, users consent to Vernie’s Impact collecting and storing their contact information for communication purposes.
- We do not sell or share personal information with third parties, except when required by law.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- Vernie’s Impact does not guarantee that every applicant will receive a grant. Grants are awarded based on merit and available funding.
- We are not responsible for any business outcomes resulting from the website or marketing services provided.
- Vernie’s Impact reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the grant program at any time without prior notice.
7. Changes to These Terms
- Vernie’s Impact reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued participation in our programs constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
